Cookie policy

This page explains cookies, how we use them and how you can stay in control.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files saved on your device by a website. Similar technologies can store or read information in your browser for security, functionality, measurement or advertising.

2. Our current use

Our current public website does not intentionally set analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies. Basic server logs may still record technical request information for security and reliability; see our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Strictly necessary technology

As ordering, account or payment features are introduced, we may use strictly necessary cookies to keep the service secure, remember a basket, maintain a session or complete a payment. These do not require consent where they are genuinely essential to a service you request, but we will still explain them clearly.

4. Optional cookies

We will not set non-essential analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies unless you have made a clear choice. If we introduce them, a cookie control will let you accept or reject them with equal ease and change your choice later. We will update this page with the provider, purpose and lifespan of each cookie.

5. Browser controls

Most browsers let you view, delete or block cookies in their privacy settings. Blocking essential storage may stop checkout, login or payment features from working correctly.
